Directpath has changed completely to digital cable which is not bad. What sucks is how they advertised this change. They left a flyer on the door. How backwards is that? A company that deals in this century would advertise this change on their website when you log into your account on on the bill that is sent to you each month. Then we have updated our phone number on the account before and they fail to make the update. They suck big time and if my complex gave us an option on who to use we would never in a million years choose them. They have the worst customer service. We called to set up the new service only when we had no picture anymore but their logo bouncing all over the screen. They said that the earliest to come out to us next week. They have a service tech out here everyday in our complex. You would think that providing good customer service is important to them and they would give us an earlier time frame since the tech is here already. They do not care about the people who pay their bills. If you have a choice do not choose them.

I am so upset I have received a bill for about $97 this a bill for one month. They advised me that my DVR was for free...I find out it was $60 plus dollars a month..Dont u know if I knew that I would have never got the DVR...I am not paying for a service..that I had to call every 2 days...bc I didnt have a service. I couldnt watch TV bc it was a blue screen.

They were nice enough to mail me a letter in advance of the letter on my door. It said we are givinig you this package, don't call us your bill is going to be wrong. But, don't worry it will be the same price and you will get a free receiver. Wrong, it was 15 bucks more than my old service and the reciever is 4.99 a month. When I called to complain the guy told me I was paying the same thing, I was a liar. He also told me they sent me a letter that told me to choose a package, when I read the letter to him again I was a liar. His computer showed a different letter and a different price than the one that directtv and the direcpath guy I had talked to earlier had shown. When I asked him how he expected people not to scream at him when he called them liars he hung up on me. Luckily Directv finally found a cheaper package for me, but they said that Direcpath did not do the multiunit the way all the others they dealt with. The lady was a multi-unit specialist and said that the point of such plans was a discount, which I wasn't getting and to pay the bill to the complex which again I wasn't doing. I really don't know how these folks stay in business.
