Poor Service Rip Off Company


This company is the worst. Unfortunately my complex is in a contract with them so cant get an alternative internet provider. I have never had so many issues w/ one company. I've had the service for 3 months. I had to have a technician come out 6 times already 3 times just last month, and I still have problems with my service. I hadn't received a bill in 2 month or seen anything taking out of my account. When i called to pay the bill they charged me 2 $15 late fee even though I never received a bill, via email or regular mail the rep informed me the only way to get a bill is to pay a monthly fee of $3.95 (I have to pay for bill to get a bill). Not to mention every time I call i'm on the phone for an hour plus and usually i still haven't received any clarity in regards to what the issue. Needless to say I paid the bill plus the fee's to a zero balance the next day, they cut my internet and cable off, after both bill was paid. When I called the rep advised me it was in error and i had to wait another week to get a tech to come out. Less then a week after I come home and of coarse the internet is off again and I have to wait an addtional 4 days for a tech to come out. Today I home my internet is off once again I call to speak to a rep about my service and I find out my bill is $108 after i just paid the bill and my bill has no payments adjusted to it. Whats crazy is when you go online it wont give you previous bills only the last two current ones, so you have no idea what charges your paying for , after being on the line w/ the rep for 2 hours and she gave me 3 different excuses of why the balance is still so high ( which I think they make up this as they go along). I get a supervisor who feeds me the same bs. And telle me to wait on paper work to be sent to me inregards to the issue. That I doubt will come needledd to say just be very careful with this company I think they are a rip off and I'm going to contact the attorney general in regards to this company. I have never in my life paid a bill and it doesnt show on the next bill that a payment has been processed. I encourage anyone with this company to keep track of there records cause this company is a total rip off!!!
