Horrible Experience

Absolutely horrible experience with DIRECPATH . First, what kind of business model is it where you don't come to install services on the weekends or after 5pm? What are people with real jobs supposed to do? Waste a day of their vacation? Second, you don't even offer the router for wireless internet. Who even uses a direct connection anymore? Not only that, but you completely deceived me into believing the internet service I was receiving and paying for was wireless. I haven't even had this service for more than 2 weeks and I am beyond infuriated. If I could choose another provider I would, but this is the only one offered for my area/apartment complex. Finally, all you receive from their employees is an "I'm sorry". I'm sorry for what...the inconvenience, the poor service, or the wasted day of PTO I had to take to accommodate you? Absolutely ridiculous.

I could not agree more. My latest ship wretch with DirecPath was when they came to repair my internet service yesterday. In the process, they disconnected my telephone service and now they say they cannot return for 4 days.
The company uses a Philippine Answer service to deal with its US customers. I would rather have a tooth extracted then have to call that number again. There is no way to call the office in the US for any satisfaction.
