Horrible Company - direct path

We are required to go through this company for DirecTV because of our apartment complex.

Every time they go in the box for our building they disconnect our satelite and we have to go without tv. Today is Friday and it has happened again and they won't send anyone out until Tuesday. This has happened about 4 times in the last month and a half.

Their customer service is horrible!!!!!
