Direcpath where their customer service , technicians and supervisors are liars . Set up an appointment yesterday with Cindy gave all correct information considering she read it all back to me BUT of course the day comes for them to actually come to my home and do their damn job and everything is convienently incorrect. FIRST , My appt was scheduled between 8-1pm ,12:30 pm rolls around so I call to check the status on my technicians arrival . The rep tells me that I missed my appointment the tech came at 10:30am. Excuse me ? I've been up since 5am with a 3 week old baby. I'm pretty sure I'd know if someone knocked on my front door . The tech states he called and left a vm at 9:45am. Uhh sorry bud no you didn't bc I've checked and called my service provider(T-MOBILE) and no calls or vm even existed. Then , I was told a door tag was left on my door ...hmmm not a shock that when I opened my front door there was NO TAG THERE . So please tell me again how your technician showed up to do his job ? Sounds like someone wanted to get their day over with early and go home. Lied on his call log and to his superiors. Finally after getting passed the ass hat customer service rep . I get to supervisor Tom which of course was no help whatsoever. He tries to tell me that there is only ONE SINGLE technician for the city of Boynton Beach which is crazy considering how many apartment complexes there are here that doesn't even make sense. Gave him all the same information I gave the customer service rep . I'm sorry but I do not feel in the wrong here that someone should have been instructed to come to my home TODAY AND SET UP MY SERVICE BUT NO I WAS RESCHEDULED BECAUSE OF LAZINESS . These individuals lack of work ethic is disgusting and their customer service is even worse . Unfortunately for my family and I they are contracted with my apartment complex so I'm pretty much SOL with having to use them or just have no internet .
