DirecPath Waiting for callback for 7 days

I am not sure if DirecPath is a fraud but I too like so many people I have read reviews from have had a issue with the Direcpath I've been waiting for 7 days for corporate person to call me back which I still have received a phone call back I still don't have internet and apparently it's not anything that they're concerned with because they all seem very robotic and repeat the same thing to me which is "well I'm sorry that you're having this problem" " I apologize for the inconvenience" but they have yet to resolve issues. I'm still waiting for someone to call back & I have no choice but to use that because my apartment complex has a contract with them. I've talked to 3 Supervisors Mike, Kelly and Brad. All of which told me I would receive a call within 24hr and then 2 of the 3 sent me an email stating that I would receive a call in 48-72 hrs...the other said I would get a call in 5 min to reset my account, he apologized of course and then guess what??!?!?! I had to call back AGAIN and was on hold for 3hrs trying to resolve this just for someone to tell me that they would call me back.....again...still nothing, no internet, and they don't care at all. there should be a way for the customer to escalate an issue like this but I have no idea who to contact because the supervisors wont help me and corporate refuses to call me back. so what say you FCC????????????????? And note that they can do this because they have a contract so I have no choice but to use them if I want internet ....or move out.
