Bad Bad Bad Bad service - DirecPath Cable Services

This is my second complaint about this company and reading other reviews this is the same complaints over 100 pple have can someone anyone tell me what to do I am so angry with this company I never thought this was possible in the united states but it is so how do i get help and i hope noone tells me sorry no help. I reside in an apartment nice I was told on move in that the cble company was direcpath so i call they tell me i need to pay a deposit of 395.00 I said no they said we can break it up of 29.00 month ok then i get the internet they say 54.00 ok next couple of months I recieve two bills find out one is tv other is internet to high so i want to disconnect internet now we got problems i am diconnected from everything cable is blocked by direcpath and they want me too play all of deposit which is now 203.00 I want to know what is it for they say the equipment i get a news letter in the mail and it states no equipment charge so i call the company explain and they say no way we don't charge call direcpath back i wait because everyone is in a meetin and no one for 2weeks get in touch with me so i call back and now i am told by super nikki are mikki that this is now a fee the company direcpath charge for pple who dont have good credit ok so i want to speak to top management and i get told there is none and i can write to the head corperation with no phone number in atlanta ga so i goggle it there is no head office it is a building with offices and direcpath is off shore so now does any one feel customers can not get service because there is no one here to service us so i ask to this company if you are saving these apartment pple money you are saving direct tv money then who is saving the customers money there is no way tv should cost 395.00 plus there is not that much watching tv in the world so now how do i get help are ami going to get help. There are over 100 complaints and they are all the same so where do i go from here
