they keep billing me double and service hasn't worked reliably from install...11months now - Internet Service


I am so dissatisfied with DIRECPATH . its proven to be both a waste of time and money. The apartment Complex that I rent from, continues to tells us that the contract is almost up yet it continues to service the community. its been almost 1 year now. i have what DIRECPATH considers their fastest level of internet service and it is terrile. its slow, it times out and I cant get any research done effectively. worse part is the customer service is unprofessional. they have told me atleast 3 times that Corporate will be giving me a call to rectify my billing issue. it has been several months. they continue to bill me at regular rate, when in fact I am on a 1 year promotion. Customer Service claims that only corporate can correct it- although they do see that I'm being billed in error. its just unbelievably poor service and poor quality assurance. they need to be regulated.
