Horrible!!!!!
DirectPath is the worst internet service provider I have ever had. Our apartment complex has a contract with them so we do not have the option of using any other provider.
My internet has been down for a week now. I initially called early last week to schedule a service call and at first, they said that they couldn't get a technician out for another two weeks. Then they changed their story and said they could send someone on Friday between 8 am and noon. Friday rolls around and I didn't hear from them until 6 PM! Completely unacceptable. I told them they would have to come back a different day because I wasn't home.
Just called back to reschedule, and they said I cannot schedule it because my boyfriend's name is the primary name on the account and he has to be the one to schedule it now, even though I was able to schedule the appointment on Friday that they failed to show up for until 6 hours after the quoted time frame.
The service is so unbelievably bad, I don't know why these apartment complexes contract with them and if I had any other option, I would switch providers so fast their heads would spin.
