DirecPath Complaint
DirecPath -HORRIBLE
Do NOT waste your f***ing money with this company! I hate having to use this provider. They overcharge you for extremely shitty and flaky service. I didn't have internet for 3 weeks this month and they refused to give me a credit! I had to call 18 times (4 of those I talked to morons, the other 14 times I was told I would have to wait 60 mins on the phone and hold..)
When I flat out asked for a credit they basically told me no and that I hadn't complained enough??? completely absurd. All this company cares about is taking peoples money.
The only reason I am using them is because this is all my apt complex will allow. But myself, along with other residents, hate direcpath so much and have been so disappointed with the service I think they will be changing services soon.
Can NOT wait to be done with DirecPath!!
